I created this container because I too felt the need for clear and concise teachings and practices that would help me navigate life with more ease, less suffering, and a greater sense of hope and joy.


Over the years I have had the privilege of studying with many great spiritual masters, delving deep into the mystical traditions and esoteric teachings of Gnosis, Kabbalah, Sufism, Shamanism, Yoga and Meditation.


Drawing from this rich tapestry of global spiritual traditions I offer you a modern approach to dealing with life and love, heartache and loss.

  • 1 x group lecture focusing on a variety of different topics such as: The Shame-Blame game, The Nature of the Ego, The Yoga Sutras, The Eight-fold Path, Compassion, Forgiveness, The Power of Prayer, and many other key spiritual tenets and wisdom teachings.


  • 1 x group breathwork session, learning how to harness the power of the breath to enter into transpersonal spaces, attain states of deep relaxation, and insight.


  • 2 x individual sessions personalised to your needs (these often include talk therapy, meditation, journalling, or voice liberation)


  • Access to the online library of meditation practices, past-lectures, pranayama practices and more.
