La Sangha is a term used to describe a group of spiritual seekers or practitioners who come together regularly to practice.
Whether it be meditation, a conscious movement practice, breathwork, or simply coming together to share teachings, what unites everyone in the Sangha is a common desire to grow spiritually, and to deepen in their own inner work and self-observation.
For a small fee each month you have access to a variety of yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices which support you in moving forwards along your path and deepening in your self-enquiry and inner growth.
